Full Cycle

Full Cycle is a 12 week commitment, designed for someone that is ready for an iterative journey over a longer period of time.

  • 12 virtual or in-person 1:1s

  • Add virtual or in-person 1:1s at a discounted rate

What are the elements of a cycle?

  • Share your motivations, previous experiences, apprehensions, etc.

  • I’ll introduce my framework and we’ll work together to draft and refine your goal.

  • We will partner to co-create a four week, reasonable, and sustainable plan to help you make progress towards your goal.

  • Follow your plan each week, take notes about what’s working and not working. We’ll work together to make micro adjustments as needed, through virtual or in-person support.

  • At the end of four weeks, we’ll review notes from the month and identify key learnings and themes. Based on your progress, you can choose how you’d like to proceed. That might look like adding additional cycles, dropping down to ad hoc coaching, or breaking out on your own if you’re feeling confident with the format.
